Where do you find the Police Handbook?

Hi there, 

I applied for the Police, and I was just wondering where I can find the handbook. I have read through the fines and punishments guide, but I can't find a Handbook link. 

Hopefully, my application will pass to the next stage, but I'd be interested either way in reading the handbook, so I can both understand the justice system on this community, and hopefully, learn a thing or two that will help me in the Police at a later date, if I am to be unsuccessful this time.
