Whisper Sounds

After watching a few RPUK videos, i came across a video by a former officer called Anonymous Capybara who's whisper sound was alot different to the current "Psst" we normally have. Just asking if theres a way to change it??

You can use RadioFX to change the sounds. If you google it you might be able to find some cool settings

Just drop it in \Program Files\Teamspeak 3 Client\sound\#yoursoundpack#
