only thing I can suggest you do is clean reinstall your pc, windows 10 is a huge performance boost in nearly any way from windows 8

plus windows 8 was too "laptoppy" for my taste.

Defrag your HDD and run optimization on your SSD if you have one. Arma updates the files which can cause fragmentation. Also verify your cache every time a new update comes out,

What takes ages to load? Programs from your SSD/HDD? Websites? The OS itself?

Can we also get some idea of CPU usage, RAM usage and other resource usage while you are experiencing this slow loading time?

Ever since windows 10 was forced onto my computer i have seen a massive dip in speed.
