Description of what happened: Arrested at the weed processor he begain hopping in and out of the vehicle while restrained. There is more if needed such as music spamming while in the vehicle, being racist etc I can upload the whole thing if requested.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Glitching / Exploiting.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Explained ingame that it was against server rules in rp.
