I have a level 4 carrier rig and a level 5 if i remember correctly i havent been on in a while so will have to double check

You can still use them if they are not dropped on the floor. So if said person puts them in a vehicle and he would to grab them out and put it on. He would be fine.Can't get level 5 unless your prestige 10
