Please (in detail) describe the incident: As I was driving out of the hospital after dropping someone off I heard the player in question say "what's up *n word*" (you can hear at the end of the clip as they are walking off that it is the same person).

As you have described above, you drive around the hospital and hear the reported individual clearly say: "Hey what's up (enter racial slur here)".
