Full Description:
This first happened to me first hand yesterday, was about to engage in some RP with Aztecas I used my BMX to cycle to their Little Seoul Gas Station from Auto Exotic, got just to the road in front of Triads Turf and was teleported and my BMX was stuck attached to the back of a car being sold at Yang's second hand dealership at Clinton Ave Car Park.

I thought nothing of it and assumed a staff member accidentally TP'd the wrong ID or something and my BMX got scuffed due to that.

However today I was on the other end of this bug, I was driving up to the dam to help people try and save someone who was downed up there, and as I leave AE and make my way up the road, a random Mustang is teleported to my own car and is seemingly attached to it as if my R8 was a tow-truck, only when I stopped it detached and rolled off broken down.

This was actually not long after a fresh install of both GTA and FiveM, which I've had to do again after due to weird FiveM issues I've been having where It straight up wont open.
However I haven't been in the server much since the last reinstall to see if it keeps happening.

Witnessed something similar about 1-2 years ago, where my car teleported from the prison gate to the motorway and started orbiting a random AI vehicle

Yeah its definitely not one I've seen often that's for sure, outside of of this and my issues I've never seen or heard of it
