Full Description:
I had previously been injured due to a shootout at the ranch and been taken to the hospital in sandy and since then i have seen i had lost my shotgun shells after coming out. Before going in i had 55+ shells now i have realised i had none. Not sure if this is a new bug and do not have evidence other than me shooting my shotgun at the time with the ammunition, i belive this maybe to be when you are in the hospital beds you could potentially lose thing while looking into your inventory

Your inventory isn't touched at all when checking into hospital so that wouldn't be the related. Either way this should be a comp request not a bug report.
