Summary: Phone Bug

Full Description:
Recently i have began to notice when ever i take a photo using my in game phone i get stuck for almost a minute. During this time everything works as normal however i cant open my phone or open OOC. It will eventually pop up again which will allow me to play as normal however its a irritating issue. I have also had issues with my connection recently so I'm not sure if this is a bug or not

It keeps you frozen until the image is uploaded so that'd mean ur internet is very slow most likely

Seems like a skill issue for me then
