What best describes this incident: RDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: so after an altercation/shootout had occurred on grove turf which led to me being downed, i was taken up to sandy pillbox with a few other members to be healed up but after leaving pill box to await the 15 cooldown timer before returning to turf i am ran over by black/reddish car without any interaction with myself ....


i have also attached the altercation which occurred before hand..

Hey, I will go over some quick points and keep this short.

We went out in the rob and came across yourself, shooting started and turned into a gunfight due to the other Grove members on your turf blacked out. We then took some of your members and you managed to take some of ours. We then follow you up to sandy and find your members scattered around, at this point we didn't know that you had members coming out of the hospital, so all of the members that went down and all of the members that didn't from the fight were all grouped together.

This was still an ongoing situation the where you had our members in your cars, how is this at all random to where you are actively pointing out cars knowing what was going on. The only reason you got involved in the fight in sandy is because you were actively grouped with the other Grove that hadn't gone down possibly trying to bypass the 15 minute cooldown.

Your clips don't provide the required 3 minutes minimum prior to the "RDM" either.
Clip 1 - Only 17 seconds prior
Clip 2 - 1 minute 57 seconds prior

While you can hear on radio in your second clip everyone is still on edge and pointing out cars in the area saying "Ballas Ballas Ballas". I believe this is why you were all running around in the first place trying to get into a position where you can hold when saying to head over to the Motel.

Going to QE after the fact would've been a good idea as well to be able to explain both sides. But from looking at this report it just seems like you are grasping at straws.
 
sorry for the small delay in the reply..

id like to address i did mainly only attach clip one for context of on the lead up to sandy situation (not implying rdm at this stage) i should have made this clear.

however i will attach the previous 5 mins prior to the RMD/VDM that i am addressing up in sandy.. as you will see from the new clip its clearly stated that we cannot touch the members of yours in cars as we are on a cool down so we where trying to deal with this situation the best we could at that time as after the few grove members (not downed yet) dropped us off you will see they left leaving only people in the 15min window and 1 member Ronnie from grove side who was able to help.

so as you mentioned you said you followed us up to sandy so therefor should/would have known we had gone up that way to possibly check in our downed members yeah? but then state here that you 'at this point didn't know that we had members coming out of the hospital' didn't you consider this at the time?

however shortly after when we leave pillbox and head outside over coms its heard there is a black zentorno heading up by stab city and a few moments later also a local car ..
as we are still standing out side the hospital 'cooling down' it is then at this point to we decide to move from the area and to try move to motel to avoid being dragged into the situation as there is know one present who was able to get re involved with us at this point however at this point you guys continue to to push a few of our members including my self who where avoiding the conflict when we were not engaging and trying to leave.


in regards to QE -
again in the original sandy clip i posted at (5.03) its shown in ooc to which i believe was a fellow grove member141 calls out the poor rp and shooting and the response from 250 speaks for its self but none the less QE was not attended by either side.

tbh i know that ballas can provide a much better rp than just VDMING someone you could have choose many other rp ways..
i really don't have anything further at this point to add so i will let staff have a look and decide from here

That would be fair if you were actually waiting in the hospital. Instead grove cars were seen driving around sandy (even calling out our cars lurking and waiting for the other ballas to drive up), and when we actually drove through all that was seen were grove members running in the street. In that situation how would we just assume who has been in hospital and who hasn't?

With the given context of being in an active fight and having 2 of our members, in what world would this be rdm? There is nothing random about it.

Regarding this statement would you want us to just sit and talk to you in the middle of an active situation? You had multiple members and vehicles driving around in an ACTIVE SITUATION around sandy...
