this week i started my gym adventure! trying to gain some more muscles! wish me luck

this may sound stupid but i stil dont understand why AR is callled AR because oure regular officers have rifle's ( because of the rebels that got rifle's) so is should that be not then conciderd as AR (i know AR is specilized in house raids) but should AR not be called CTS  (Counter Terrorist Specialist) i was just wondering but ya . btw io got nothing against AR wish i was in there, train everyday hard for it!

Heee guys am visiting my mom this weekend who came back from spain, she lives there for a year for medical reasons but she is back now, so i won't be on this weekend, i wil be back at sunday evening, a good weekend to everyday ! You're guys are awesome
