+1 shouldn't be a thing for gangs or crimes to have access to, also agree to only CTSFO having them, see so many CID etc just day to day with helmet armour on

Wouldn't affect me as I would get picked for every fight but massively unfair on everyone else  -1

-1 dodgy doctors should be hard to find and should be a last resort to use due to the risk that you can die, I think this suggestion is more about saving guns and taking guns off people than actually having better RP

I've seen too many raids either on houses, containers and car garages happen during times that virtually cuts out any RP and makes it unfair for the person/persons being raided, last raid I know of was done this morning at 3am, my suggestion would be raids to only be carried out during times...
