This was an intentional change from a few months ago aimed to discourage benching due to it's significant advantage with little to no risk; further there's no chance to roleplay with someone sniping several hundred meters away/up in the sky.

Locked and moved to Rejected as this isn't a bug, it's a feature working as intended.

@Jaffa if such an issue why not just remove anything bigger than an ARCO?, it’s a part of the game right?
