Quick question are players who are banned of RPUK allowed to play FiveM?

i was just wondering is there any progression as to when there will be some sort of faction restriction put in place for the police side of the server, obviously it’s been a long time since the community vote took place were the community voted to change whilelisted restrictions just Poseidon have managed to change there faction rules but police haven’t. Cheers
