Ah okay, I shall attempt to resolve the issue by messaging them on the forums if I can find their accounts. And/or by speaking to them in TeamSpeak if that fails. Is it okay if I put the report on hold until I've spoken with them to see if I want to then proceed with it?

Oh, does the telling them to not drive the car and leave it not count?  I thought it did, hence I ticked yes. They also quit soon after so I couldn’t talk to them about it. If that doesn’t count as attempting to resolve the situation then I apologise for wasting your time with this report...
