The issue I see here, much like the "drug dealer" areas on Altis back in the day, is that the bank will just be heavily camped by people with band intentions.

Nothing kills immersion within fights watching gang members stab their own members to death because they lost the player vicinity lottery. Likewise when someone has a friend at knife point, it would be great to avoid stabbing the wrong person.

-1 I'd most certainly rather the limited dev time and resources be spent making the city better, adding new additions and fixing bugs. I dont think developers should have to pay for your potato computers with dev time.
