So i just upgraded to a I9-9900K. It's a total beast!  The Dark Rock 4 keeps it fairly sustained (its a motherfucking hawt chip) with temps looking like; Idle - 35 Degrees & Heavy gaming & multipule applications - 50-60 Degrees! Went with a 1000w PSU for further upgrades i have planned...
