I think if this was changed to having duffel bags with every 2 hand held guns then I think most would agree -

-1 Don't agree with it on their chest, It would just cause so much unnecessary shooting, but I can agree with wearing a duffle bag if ur carrying shotguns,AR's and some smgs? -
