But, just like any company, community or even country. They are free to make their own rules.

Members of managment which dont interact with the population at all, every meeting we have maybve edgar, maybe ciarian  but at end of day the entire  managment are not in any of the meetings sorry;  but they aint.

Where to start...

Firstly, let's take some time to understand what RPUK is as a legal entity. We are classed as an 'Unincorporated association', as per https://www.gov.uk/unincorporated-associations.

Secondly, you seem to have somehow given the management team and staff the role of a real world Government; while in Roleplay, the staff team is seen as the government, outside of the game, they are simply representatives of the 'RPUK Unincorporated association', meaning that they are volunteers, not government workers. This means that they have no obligation under any UK law, or our own server rules to record situations they are involved in.

Like all organizations, we only bring in people that we think are good fits for the role that we are offering, which is why we have an extensive interview process, and continue to monitor staff members after they have been integrated into the team. For this reason, any complaints you have can be brought up with Staff Leads or Management.

So within a community who a select few can select admins can select whoever they pick or deserve a kicking. (Admin app in btw?)

Like most other organizations, we reserve the right to deny access to our establishment (i.e this forum, the gameservers) at any time. This is similar to how a non-virtual organization, say a pub, can ban people from their establishment. There is no legal right you have to be here, you are here because we allow you to be here, and we have the right to remove you at any time if we see fit.

We are as much as a dictatorship as the owners of a Private Limited Company (LTD), are... If you haven't realized, many LTDs are run by a small non-elected group of people, similar to how we are run.
