Allow house furniture to be sold or permanently deleted.

Please add the option to sell or permanently delete furniture from houses.

Often you buy multiple items to try them or replace certain items over time / change things up and end up with a bunch of bits of furniture and props cluttering up the menu when you want to place something else.

I think it would be a nice QoL change to be able to either delete the item from the house or 'sell it back' for 50% of the price for example.

Would be great, I often change houses & can never re-coup the money (albeit furniture is cheap) from moving house when I need to buy new furniture. 

This would be a great option!

Yes please. In the past i have regretted to over buying furniture. Often you cant see how it fits and then you dont like it. and once bought its always there unless you move.
