Arma 3 Helicopter controls support

Hi guys, with just under 2000 hours in the game i think i should start practising fly these chopper things? I'm curious as to what controls i should set, i have a thrustmaster hotas x joystick and throttle, if anyone could list, or easily screenshot there controls for the heli i would greatly appreciate it.

Also if anyone has any links to good youtube video for practising tutoring please feel free to post them. Thank you

I use use keyboard and mouse - but did all the VR tutorials, that helped immensely since there's no risk to crashing as well, wont lose all your gear etc.

When you start Arma3, there is one of the play options is 'Learn' or something. It'll put you into the 'VR Simulator' where you can do tutorials on different things. One of which is Flying, slingloading etc.
