Armed response (Again)

Firstly let me quote from out handbook what exactly we do.

The Altis Police first introduced 'Armed Response Vehicles' to the streets of Altis on 21 December 2034. These vehicles are crewed by uniformed officers who have been selected and trained to stabilise and control armed incidents, stop and search suspects, their vehicles and to search premises for armed suspects.
These officers are heavily armed and prepared to deal with major gunfights. Each Armed Response Patrol consists of 4 to 8 officers in Armed Response police uniform who patrol the island of Altis ready to attend any situation at a moment’s notice.

Hopefully this will clear that up.

Secondly you say we are "Lazy roleplayers". Firstly that is your own personal opinion and you are entitled to that however I would disagree. People have there own play styles and just because you've had a bad experience or whatever shouldn't dictate what you think about a unit. This always seems to happen with armed response all the blame is put back on us when in fact, I myself  never seen any sort of evidence and Chief Of armed Response. If you was to provide me with some sort of evidence then I would dish out punishment or warnings if necessary.

You also say we never help "hobos". I myself can say I always help "Hobos" in need weather it be protecting them at aluminium processor and escorting them to Metal exports and then to the cash point or in fact if they have no money and they have no way of making money I will 9/10 times go with them to the truck shop and buy them a Hemtt Box. I believe it was @Danish who cam up to me the other day as he was afraid of getting his backpack robbed at the apple field as there where armed rebels there and i must of sat with him for a good hour and a half doing apples.

Also I normally do a Foot Patrol in Kavala as Armed Response as I like to interact with people and make the point Armed Response can actually roleplay and we are not always here for gunfights. I ko you may be thinking thats BS you never do Foot patrols but I'm sure @Simen and @Saul Goodmancan confirm as I was with them for about and hour or 2 in kavala square roleplayng with them anc civilians. At the end of the day we are a specialised unit that tackles gun crime and major gunfights. We do our job and get on with it and everyone doesn't seem to get that. Its like NCA, NCA Are here for organised crime and drugs.

Like i said if you have any evidence then please get in contact with me on Teamspeak or via PM im always happy to answer questions. AR will always be a problem in rebels eyes, They always have and they always will be. We are a threat to your illegal activities and we will always try and stop illegal activity on the island. That's our job.

Look forward to hearing back from you, if you have any questions I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Out of all the AR's i  have encountered during my 4 years here you and a limited few  are the only one who i have fond memories off, every time i patrol i see an lonely AR SI doing his part, patrolling. talking but when called upon he does not fucking mess around, go in, kill and go out back talking to the civilians.

But these past few days i have seen an increased presence of AR just chilling and talking? ( Your doing perhaps?)  and it's nice for a change.

Though the profanities can be lowered a little bit with your PC's :3!

I can never say I've ever met you in game or ever spoken to you if I'm correct. Like I've said before We are Armed Response. When we turn up we automatically think about tactical advantages if the situation was to turn sour. It our job to make sure nothing happen, However if faced with a threat we will deal with it as we see fit.

We do community policing all the time, and example would be about 20 minutes ago when I was attending the Mayors funeral. Just because you never see us doing it doesn't mean we are not doing it. I apologize that your Armed Response experience hasn't been the best however we have to deal with it Situation by Situation.

Here is a little timeline of today that may help you understand all the situations we have to deal with as Armed Response and it may help you understand why we can be aggressive sometimes with our roleplay and how the life of a police officer is a mixture of up and down situations that we have to take situation by Situation

I really liked those selections of photos and that is what I love to see.

This is what I love to see on this server. Good old fashioned roleplay. If shit goes south then it is dealt with, and the roleplay carries on.

Ryan, I truly believe that AR does make the effort to do the roleplay and community policing and such, it's just that my experiences haven't been great. I also appreciate the comment you put stating your occasional aggressive stance towards certain roleplay scenarios. Now you word it like that and put it into context to do understand. I feel as if sometimes that aggressive stance, however, is misused or used at the wrong time.

Now I'm not sure if that is because of my gang affiliation or my bad luck but that's just me. Thanks for the photos I really enjoyed looking through them. I hope you didn't take any of my feedback as harsh or truly negative

I always look at it as Constructive criticism that can be worked on, No hard feelings.

This would be my third or fourth time in the police and like others have said Armed Response has changed over the years, and there is always going to be people getting annoyed with them just like people get annoyed at normal police. Of course majority of people enjoy having gunfights (we are playing a military simulator for goodness sake). However, I have seen what AR do a lot of the time as I am patrolling myself while they will be on, and I haven’t just seen them wait around until there’s a gunfight, they will get on a act like it’s a normal patrol e.g. ANPR’ing vehicles and pulling them over even if they’re just speeding. I see a lot of great Roleplay from Armed Response members everyday.

Gunfights usually start off because rebels run always pulling there guns out when Armed Response turn up and usually they keep running off when they are trying to talk with them. I also understand why rebels run off when AR arrive, everyone understands weapons are expensive and everything but next time you are in a situation with AR just talk to them.

I can’t back AR up on everything as I stick to NCA (National Crime Agency), we have been known to be ‘The Roleplayers’ and many other things, but I can assure you that AR Roleplay as well.

Toolkit or die
Instead of writing something immature and frankly it’s a dead meme now also, maybe try and give some constructive criticism to make me improve my unit? Or is that to much for your immature brain??

Look forward to hearing something  constructive... Or probably not 🙂

Not got a problem with the unit mate. People only dislike it because they are decent e.g some shitter gives you shit Iniitiation and you kill him your not really bothered but someone decent gives shit rp then wins that's when people have a problem
