Summary: Audio bug with radios

Full Description:
It seems as if there is an audio bug with radios atm. No matter what volume its on, they are still considerably loud. When on duty with Police, I can barely hear the others in the car due to the radio, even with it as low as 0.20.

This can be closed down. Due to the great new updates with the radio audio etc.
