Summary: Bugs with new sound changes

Full Description:
When driver of a police vehicle unable to hear sirens when toggled, Makes the little beep sounds on horn but no sirens can be heard.
Speeding cameras sounds no longer exist (shouldn't be a thing anyway but my opinion).
Can no longer hear audio cue when you take a photo.
seatbelts are louder than unlock and locking vehicles.
Bodycams can be heard from 400ft away(police amoury to MRPD parking across the street)

Believe there was more but can not remember them

I have experience some of the above to.
Open and closing vehicles is lowder than opening a storage unit.
I went though a speed camera and had no sound of it, but the promt.
The SVR is still loud.

These were already fixed for next update.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
