Summary: Cannot use Weazel News camera.

Full Description:
When equipping the camera, the E & M overlays for the Weazel News camera does not work. No error messages in Console or anything.

Ive tried restarting my game, waited over restarts and even updates. Still won't let me use it. Ive looked thru my keybinds but cannot find anything for it.
