Clothing bug

A number of clothing items that people wear are invisible to me in game such as the image below. When I am put into hospital, I am also given a park ranger shirt rather than a hospital gown and I don't know how to fix it.

The only way I'm aware of this happening is if your game isn't up-to-date.

Shouldnt it just automatically update, if not how do I do it manually?

Usually it does however I'd suggest double checking steam (or epic games launcher if you got it from there) and rockstar launcher to make sure there isn't any update available.
