Please provide full detail and evidence: Was at laundry fighting pos/ police, we kill all of pos then go to take the police hunters left behind, get it out of zone and go to get a heli from therisa airport to sling it to scrap yard. At this point a skiddie blows us up, blowing the hunter up at the same time.

Hello, sorry to hear you got caught up in this mess. So I have thought about it and I came to this thought. You can clearly see that the hunter you stole was destroyed on its way to the chop shop. Assuming it would have made it there and you were able to permanently steal it. Then we would only ever be able to compensate for the chop shop price. We do not comp to unofficial market values.

Therefore comp would be 500.000.
