Get rid of the teaming rule

Doing this will create a lot more RP between gangs and create very interesting scenarios. As well as this, it will shift the momentum within the city. This will also bring alot more immersion within RP allowing gangs to build alliances and build very fun narratives. Just an idea though

considering how one fully online gang can pretty much takeover the city leaving police pretty much defenceless i couldnt think of anything worse than multiple gangs teaming -1

Its not really police related tbh, mainly from a gang POV with smaller gangs teaming with other gangs to take on bigger groups, or even smaller gangs paying bigger gangs for protection.

would of been good if something came off it tbh, with the way the city is atm think it would be really interesting

removing the rule would allow people to bypass the 15 member limit that non-whitelisted gangs have (unless it was increased but was still 15 or lower)

I always thought the teaming rule gone could be fun! But on the other hand it doesn't make more RP, just makes more numbers, chaos (fun part) and like stated above would make the police defenceless so I doubt it would ever happen
