There's been no other reports of this, I'd suggest making you sure have voice chat enabled and maybe restart your router as well

I recommend following my slow speeds advice I made eons ago. Works for unstable connections as well.

It's a bit outdated with new fibre tech coming out but you may find some of it useful to your issues
