Full Description:
Ever since the hot-wiring update (Which is great!), we have had to hot-wire the the quads on the island as well.
Which, in honesty I don't mind, if it wasn't for the fact that we "rent" them from the guy.

That would be since you don't have keys for the vehicle which slightly makes sense since you aren't paying for them.

- And that makes sense, no keys = You have to hotwire them. But then that's not renting them
By all means, make them cost something

Whilst I fully agree that having to hotwire a rented vehicle doesn't make much sense, as per definition it isn't a bug. Having them cost a small rental fee would be suggestion (+1)
