Inventory hot bar for quick use

Brief Summary: Having the first row of 6 blocks of your inventory to be a quick access hot bar that are bind to your 1 to 6 number keys that can apply bandages, use phone, pull out a weapon and drink or eat, and being able to move items to any block in your inventory, added a PNG for reference.

The Pros: gets rid of the traditional GTA weapon wheel to pull out weapons and less time in the inventory screen when bandaging or eating. And it also gets rid of the resetweaponwheel bug

The Cons: no cons that i can think of.

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? : nope

I love this idea it can also help police when itt comes to accidentally pulling wrong weapon out etc

What you be able to assign custom hotkeys or would you be forced to replace the current 1-0 which is obviously weapon related?
