Pulling cars out of impounds is broken

When you pull out a vehicle from the insurance at impound instead of getting the vehicle out it puts it in a show room of some sort and you can no longer see it on your car finders app.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
