Full Description:
I have had this a few times now which Is why I think it is worthy of a bug report and not down to a one off type of thing. In the video provided you can see me running from police, I get tased and get put into cuffs, I manage to time the skill check correctly and "break the cuffs" however when I break the cuffs my character is instantly downed.

I believe this is base GTA code relating to being cuffed when tased which we cannot change.
