Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Bug Reports Incorrect Titles?
Provide a full description of the bug: On the new forums, bug report thread titles now use the same format as the reports and unban appeals saying 'Report a bug - Name - GTA RP' instead of the short description of the bug itself.

I already mentioned this before the forums were released but it's a low priority issue.
