Summary: Traffic Cam Dispatch bug

Full Description:
While looking at the Traffic Cameras to see if any are disabled I found that police can no longer send a dispatch for any damaged cameras. This means those in the control room can no longer alert patrolling units that some Traffic Cameras are no longer working.

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
