UI moving game whilst in interaction

Confirmed with Paint to be a bug, UI on garage, phone, clothing menu all moves the background of your character whilst they are in your UI, you can also access the weapon wheel via the mouse.

I tried both the garage UI and the phone however was unable to reproduce this bug. Have you attempted reconnecting to the server since you've had this issue?
