I think i was banned because i was threatening Tom over TS by saying i know lizard squad (even though i dont). Then i got banned of TS with a ban off the server 15 minutes after.

Why should we unban you ?
This server is my life. Legit. All the other UK altis servers are aids and the community in this RP server is amazing. I though Tom knew i was kidding due to the fact that he said "your funny ill give u that". I guess Tom cant take jokes. All in all im sorry and if i have to, ill apologize to anyone on TS. Also i have been banned on TS which was not cool so could you unban me there too. Much love,

Good evening...

I can't help but feel somewhat affronted when you claim that I "can't take a joke." I was perfectly happy to accommodate your antics in teamspeak in spite of jokes about suicide bombers and "Lizard Squad" or whatever. You can claim you are joking all you want but when you have been arguing, trying to "talk to my manager" and all sorts regarding your compensation for a half hour then suddenly change tack and decide to tell me to "watch my back" before leaving the teamspeak abruptly, I wonder how far that "joke" argument holds up. Do I believe that you were joking? Yes. I don't believe you are some sort of elite hacker who is going to hunt me down. Were you angry that you were out of pocket and just messing around? Almost certainly.

However, I actually made it very clear to you that you were threatening me and it would lead to a ban if you didn't stop and you did it anyway. I may not be able to "take a joke" as you worded it, but I act to my word. You were very much warned what would happen and messaging me via status updates and PMing other staff doesn't help your case.

I don't especially have any further comments and it isn't my territory to decide how this appeal goes, so I say no more. (ty @DainMK for posting permission)
