In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I did join I take police slot get in game shoot everywhere with my pistol and get banned.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: That was my first attempt joining altis life server without knowing there is a roleplay going on. I do know some things now like roleplaying, rules I mean the basics. I think this will enough for get unbanned because they will not going to happen again.

So if I type this I get unbanned ? Don't you know what RDM mean I read rules for 40 mins ! every one of them don't judge me if you don't know anything about me !

RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

You are not getting unbanned purely for pasting a rule which you don't seem to understand.
