Unable to set Characters DOB

I am unable to set my characters Date of Birth in the character selection menu for one of my characters. The only error message displayed is "You cannot do this at this time" in the bottom left corner of the screen there

This should've been fixed at 8am.

 
Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
