Should people be allowed to play as rebel if they are cop, Poseidon etc ?

I mean yes, And no. On one side it is great fun just going around Stealing cars and robbing people, But on the other side this might draw people away from Poseidon as guns are pretty much the same so whats the point, For this to work the gun prices for Poseidon would have to be lowered to  actually give a benefit to being in the cartel.

With this i think that police officers should get lockers that they can access on and off duty P:

 
What you cops gonna do if you log on as a cop and the police are raiding your house?

How is that reflective if there is change or not? That could still happen with the current system in my eyes

Police house can’t be raided while on as police. Correct me if I am wrong

It can happen at the moment yes, but very rarely happens and this would be a lot more common, you'd be playing against people you're working with it literally makes no sense.

More than happy to extend holidays or have more holidays etc but take Sunday for example when our slots are full. 

We hit the HM at full slots, after Poseidon rebels start a gunfight with police nearby. 

Police think stuff this, go on as rebel and plant a charge at the casino. It'll just be petty tit for tat all over again. 

Faction powers like viewing house ownership get abused. 

Alongside all of the many reasons police can't take Poseidon holidays and vice versa. It was decided by the powers that be that it wasnt worth the inevitable drama. 

This will be no different.

This more than anything, a while back we had a PCSO make a housing map (literally every house within a 5km radius of Kavala) for a gang and then just leave the police.

Rules aren't gonna stop people from doing stuff like this, especially if they're only gonna get banned for 24hours for doing it...

Houses can’t be raided when you are playing as a cop and I’m 99% sure of that. I do sort of understand how the chances of someone in your units house raid being leaked because they can read the chat however this can still happen when they are playing holiday etc, just keep it away from them if it’s that much of an issue. 

 
The internal headaches this will cause within factions ultimatly will not be worth it, if members of specailised units are in a position of getting police infomation what is to stop them from using it as a rebel? All this will encourage is members in factions that are not loyal to the faction but there for some benifits when it suits them. 

If you join a faction it should be because you want to try something new, or becuase you are fully committed to the faction. 

Allowing people to play rebel when they want is not the solutution, you may help rebel life but you will damage both Poseidon and the Police critically. 

If anything, holidays need to be looked at again.

 
@Qrow if I read your reply correctly I like the idea. Why not give a day a week to play rebel whilst on a faction?

 
point is that removing the holidays will end up leading to faction command having problems with activity, information, rewriting rules and so on. just extend the holidays allowing people in faction to have longer holidays. Also in order to get into factions you have to apply if you apply to be in a faction you should be happy in the faction not When can i get a holiday. 

 
I have seen it work in other places, cops can play rebel until midday and then after midnight. If caught instant kick simple

Was just about to say what others have said. You are banned (using your unban forum account) and so no offence have no idea what the server has been like over the last few months. You can’t give an opinion on a matter you have no clue about

it would be abit cool but wouldn't it just be a group of rebels or cops going on to have a gunfght then comming on as a cop/poseidon because they can get money from wages not much you can do as a rebel imo i think that new things should be incorperated to improve the rebel faction on the server instead of somehting like this

All I am gonna say is people can and have played other servers to play rebel, as factions restrict this here. Would you rather those players are playing rebel here or other places, where they potentially could temporarily take 5, 10 or more players away

What do you mean working? This is a game, we are all players, most of us know at least a few people from other factions and talk to them but then fight on the server. You are waaaaay too serious about this. Many times i will go and play against my friends in games and we will then laught about it, whats the issue?

 
I voted yes, maybe a bit too hasty however. Maybe playing rebel or faction whenever I want isnt the best idea. But atleast change the way holidays work. Pretty please
