I just took it now.  I have been in prison for long time and it has not change. Here another screenshot showing that the time has not change. 

I believe that their is bug relating to prison. The bug is that time and the time of day does not change relating to outside world.  This is small bug however it is annoying because you don't know the time. 

I am carrying out my right to freedom of speech. Unless you are saying that people of Altis can not protest the police. If so, I agree more with the current Mayor and the change that he is making. Also, Altis police force is Fake News making up crimes to place on the Mayor.
