Both have advantages and disadvantages, I'm pretty new on the server - But I like it how it is. As if anyone does break the rules etc, other players know who they are reporting. But in the sense of roleplay, it would be nice for people not to know who you are.

I've voted for $1.5, as I feel $500k would make it to easy for those not understanding the rules to obtain the licencing and cause chaos. However $2m is to steep and may deter people away from becoming a bounty hunter.

I've voted yes, but I feel they must ensure they do not neglect their fraction whether fit. EX: Only 5 officers online, I would expect those whitelisted to then play as part of the police force.

Loving the roleplay, I think their all winnings in themselves! But those martial problems..
