It is definitely worth picking the game up and joining us here on Altis. There is still quite a large playerbase and there's always something around every corner. 

Like everyone else has said. 30 Frames sounds about right for Kavala. You will tend to get higher frames as you move away from dense areas full of players or buildings.

I feel like you should definitely come back! I have played for nearly a year now and I enjoy the rebel life. I've had nothing but great role play give or take the odd situation ad there is always  something different to do. 

Where am I able to find Bergens to buy whenever I'd like excluding the auction house and player trading?
