deem it fixed to me , what i did i uninstal ts , restart pc , instaled that visual thing , restart again pc , then instal ts and now works

i found solution and it fix it !

how did you fix it ? i tried everything have this problem  

YES, but if you play as civ , and later go as medic , in same restart , create is there.

was wondering , it wasn't like that earlier , but now i noticed when i play as NHS , you`re houses can be robbed , and literally there is no chance as medic , defend you`re house. is there anything you can do , how it was before , if you play as Medic , you`re house can`t be robbed. thank you...

The wasnt any metagame , cause me and oneshot already were going there just to check whats happening , and onoshot can prove also that you combatlogged while was restrain.
