Aren't the market stands for that same reason?  I am with Sam here, for the prop only, I don't see an issue, but making it a static prop with some kitchen utility is where I see the issue. What if one day people move on to another spot?  The tacos van gives you that exact option, a mobile kitchen.

Big -1 from me. This would: - ruin the market and value of zip ties . - cops getting (even) more robbed. Realistically,  u need a small pin to open the handcuffs from you to be able to use them,  and I believe that is the reason civs like us can't use them

This is something that can be RP'ed, even with or without an license. If the concept works, who knows what can happen.

There are mechanic shops in game that can offer services like those. Actually..no..wait.. even more people (outside those shops) can do that in game. Check your phone, favorites you will see some "hotlines". 

The usual route is, rp rp and rp. This will eventually get rewarded. 

What about custom plates? While not regular it is still possible. And afaik, but I may be wrong, there is no way in game to see the original plate to get the date again. Besides, as i mentioned, a registration date could open the doors for a lot of more stuff and argument within RP. I didn't...

This is probably a step for a suggestion that can evolve during time. The first step would be adding a data to the specifications of the car showing when the car was first bought. Something like, 1st registration date: 04/02/2022. Advantages: - I believe this could create really nice RP...
