Would it be an option to have multiple aircraft carriers across the map? 

Police carrier

UNMC carrier

Rebel carrier

Just a suggestion but personally I don't want the UNMC only getting this carrier dipite the fact they are a military faction...

That could work if it was three military factions or groups, but lets face it what possible police or rebel group would have access to a carrier?

Police are exactly that, a civilian police force made of civilians, not military, used to enforc the laws of the island
Rebels are also civilians, but with big wallets, who arm themselves with whatever is available on the island
UNMC are a military, while not internationally recognized, they are the puppet force of their investors, ranging from wealthy individuals around the world, and CSAT countries, similar to what the US did in Afghanistan during the cold war.

What do you propose the UNMC can do to make good use of the carrier?

I believe the police could make good use of it. Possibly converting it into the new NPAS base or the MPO base. (well thats if marine police thing is still around)

Rebels could make good use of the carrier aswell. I believe it could be used as a base possibly?

There are many possibilities 

1. Logistical Platform
A location that can hold and operation logistical operations as well as preparation for said operations including weekly meetings and possible bootcamps away from public interference

2. Launch Platform
A platform which is able to house, taxi, and take off multiple aircraft such as the Xian, Blackfish, Taru or even jets. While the UNMC do posses the Molos airfield, it is a) primarily used as a civilian airport, and b) is not an ideal launch area for large aircraft such as the blackfish and xian

3. A secure Location
The carrier is able to then perform as a secure location for all UNMC personnel, being during meetings, everyday life (barracks), or as an area to house HVT targets until negotiations (Mind you the prison is more likely to be used for this)

A toy for a rogue military force that took control of a part of a NATO affiliated country? That couldn't even get one if they wanted to? 

Only 19 countries in the world have ever had aircraft carriers (Mostly superpowers and West European countries), 11 of which are in NATO. There are 22 aircraft carriers currently in service, 18 of which are owned NATO countries (USA owns 10 in service with 1 in reserves)

Go play with a empty 7.62 cartridge instead 

In all seriousness, an aircraft carrier would make sence for NATO to deploy to the international waters of Altis and have it be out at sea near the Kavala Bay to scare the UNMC / large rebels groups. Would have great pottential to see it as a shared MPO / NPAS base since helicopters can take off from the deck aswell shown in the teaser. Maby have a few prop jets on the deck like we currently have at the motors store.

Do you really need Kavala HQ, Athira HQ, Pyrgos HQ, AR HQ, NCA HQ, MPO HQ, NPAS HQ AND a carrier for non military personnel?
While UNMC only have two bases, FOB and Main Base? Granted you have more land to cover, but it seems excessive

Do we really need a military police which in real life is not a section of the police, but rather of the military? if only we had a military faction already on the server
