Neither myself (Gruppe 6), or the police officers I tested this with could cuff. We tried SHIFT+R, ALT+R and using the CAPSLOCK key option. Doesn't work at all.  Admincuffing still works however.

The “rumpo custom” vehicle seems very unstable and rolls over when going round corners at relatively slow speeds. For an off-road type vehicle I don’t think this should be the case so I’m posting it here. It feels very light and flimsy.
