If i gave a friend the key to a barn and disconnected would they be able to use the barn?

The stats page isnt working for me, i can search for a player, it will display the list of players, but when i click on a player profile it is all just empty. The image shows what is displayed, i have tried looking on multiple devices but to no avail.
