There arent any gas stations all that close to this one. There nearest is Sandy Shores and theres one in Grapeseed (on the opposite side of Grapeseed - by the store there). With a little remodelling i think this place could maybe open for business again and possibly have a store in it also.

Without wishing to turn this game into WOW.... is it possible to add legal crafting professions to the game - this should generate some needed throughput for the "gathering" element of the economy.  Tailoring would be a good start - adding a cotton field up at the farm for people to pick cotton...
